Actions Speak

Movement and Speech Classes

Why is movement so beneficial for language development?

Research suggests that physical activity improves attention, executive functioning and vocabulary acquisition. Exercise benefits working memory and a child’s ability to learn new language concepts. Here at Actions Speak, we combine movement and language through structured activities and free play in order to build daily living skills and functional communication.
