What is “Let’s get healthy!”?

Le’t’s Get Healthy! is a 6 -week group class that offers students opportunities to learn about the essential components to living a healthy lifestyle.The class is designed using a FIRST LEARN - THEN TAKE ACTION model to help students gain a basic understanding of the concepts they are putting into practice. Additionally, each class will include a consistent routine, visuals and carry-over activities.

What concepts will students be learning about in this class?

  • Flexibility/Mobility

  • Strength Training

  • Cardiovascular Training

  • Mindfulness

  • Tips on being Organized

  • Importance of eating healthy, sleeping well and drinking water

  • Skills to improve emotional well-being

Who would benefit from this class?

“Let’s get healthy” works towards helping anyone who is interested in learning how to connect with their bodies, develop overall strength/endurance, and build overall self confidence skills in a group setting!

General information about the group class:

  • 1 hour class led by 1 instructor.

  • Class caps at 10-12 students.

  • Activities students will engage in: breath work, exercising, teamwork drills, art, and more!

  • Classes are scheduled based on instructor availability and are located at YOUR facility.
