This 30-minute exercise circuit class is geared for kiddos ages 8-12 years old. It is a 2:1 ratio with a maximum of 4 students in a class. Classes will include a consistent routine that will be reflected in a visual schedule. Class will include team building skills, executive function circuit training and an opportunity to implement calm down strategies. This class will offer a full body workout, while also getting a chance to set goals and reflect on the class as a whole. **Please note parents are required to stay on premesis for all classes.
