This “parent and me” class focuses on combining language development and motor planning skills. It includes an opportunity for free play while letting children explore toys in an age appropriate manner, and sensory play for a chance to explore different textures and feelings. Children will be involved in themed activities while learning basic social constructs, such as turn-taking and cooperation. Each class will include a “skill of the day” that will be reinforced throughout the class. Classes will include book reading, music, movement, calm down activities and carry over opportunities.
