What is Mind Body Fitness?

This holistic approach to fitness training is provided by Actions Speak’s very own Coach Lauren. During sessions, Coach Lauren uses her background in yoga and personal training to create individualized programs to address the specific needs of her clients, while helping them improve their quality of life and increasing their overall independence.

What types of activities do clients engage in during sessions?

Mind Body Fitness integrates different mind and body practices to improve overall health and well being. Some Activities included during these sessions:

  • Yoga

  • Strength Training

  • Visualizations

  • Drawing/Journalling

  • Mindfulness and Breath Work

  • Art
